RESUMO

The aim of this study is to analyze the research hotspots and development trends in the field of pathogenesis of diabetic nephropathy in China from 2013 to 2022. Based on China National Knowledge Infrastructure, Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform, China Science and Technology Journal Database, China Biology Medicine disc, Web of Science core collection and PubMed database, the related literatures in the field of pathogenesis of diabetic nephropathy in China from 2013 to 2022, were retrieved to establish the database, and the VOSviewer software was used for bibliometric analysis. A total of 1 664 Chinese and 2 149 English literatures are included in this study. The scientific research results from 2013 to 2022 have shown an overall increasing trend. The research hotspots in the field of pathogenesis of diabetic nephropathy in China are mainly concentrated in Podocytes, Oxidative stress, Inflammation, Renal fibrosis, Urine protein, etc. The frontier hotspots in this field include Biomarkers, Nrf2, Gut microbiota, NLRP3 inflammasome, Apoptosis, MicroRNA, etc. Through visual analysis, the research hotspots and frontier trends of the pathogenesis of diabetic nephropathy in China can be visually presented, and then provide new ideas and directions for the further in-depth research on the pathogenesis of diabetic nephropathy.

RESUMO

Objective:To investigate the effect and mechanism of Fuzheng Touxie prescription (FZTX) on the immune homeostasis of drug-resistant Pseudomonas aeruginosa lung infection in rats at different time points. Method:A total of 168 rats were divided into a blank group (n=8),a model group (n=40),a Touxie (TX) group (n=40),an early Fuzheng (FZ) group (n=40), and a delayed FZ group (n=40). The blank group was given distilled water by gavage, the model group was given distilled water by gavage after infection, the TX group was given clear heat and penetrate evil drug free decoction granules(3.5 g·kg-1) by gavage after infection, the early FZ group was given Fuzheng Touxie whole formula free decoction granules(10.75 g·kg-1) by gavage after infection, the delayed FZ group was given clear heat and penetrate evil drug free decoction granules by gavage after infection, on the third day plus Fuzheng drug free decoction granules[(3.5+10.75) g·kg-1] by gavage, the three treatment groups were gavaged twice a day, 2 mL each time .Each drug treatment group was divided into five groups according to five time points (3 h,1 d,3 d,5 d, and 7 d), with eight rats in each group. The levels of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),high mobility group protein 1(HMGB1),interleukin-10(IL-10), and tumor necrosis factor -α-induced protein-8-like2 (TIPE2) were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), and HMGB1 protein expression level by Western blot. Result:At 3 h,the TNF-α content in the drug treatment groups was higher than that in the blank group and the model group (P<0.05). At 3 d,the TNF-α content in the early FZ group and the delayed FZ group was lower than that in the model group (P<0.05) and the TX group (P<0.05). At 1 d,the HMGB1 content in the TX group and the delayed FZ group was higher than that in the model group (P<0.05). At 5 d,the HMGB1 content was lower in the delayed FZ group than in the model group (P<0.05). At 7 d,HMGB1 protein expression in the model group was higher than that in the blank group (P<0.05) and the early FZ group (P<0.05). At 3 d,the IL-10 content was significantly higher in both the early FZ group and the delayed FZ group than that in the model group (P<0.05). At 5 d,the IL-10 content was higher in the early FZ group than that in the TX group (P<0.05). At 7 d,the IL-10 content in the early FZ group and the delayed FZ group was lower than that in the TX group (P<0.05). At 5 d,the TIPE2 content in the early FZ group was lower than that in the model group (P<0.05). At 7 d,the TIPE2 content in the TX group and the delayed FZ group was lower than that in the model group (P<0.05). Conclusion:FZTX or modified prescription can promote the inflammatory response to eliminate pathogenic bacteria in the early stage and suppress the inflammatory response in the late stage to avoid the inflammatory cascade effect and lung tissue damage, indicating that Fuzheng drugs have an important role in maintaining the immune homeostasis of the body after infection.

RESUMO

<p><b>OBJECTIVE</b>To investigate the efficacy of heparin gelatin sponge stickers in the treatment of traumatic perforation of tympanic membrane.</p><p><b>METHODS</b>Total of 79 cases (83 ears) of traumatic perforation of tympanic membrane were randomly divided into two groups: the test group had 54 patients (58 ears), and the control group had 25 cases (25 ears). The test group received the treatment of heparin gelatin sponge stickers, and the control group received conservative traditional drying method. All the subjects were followed up for 4 weeks, observed and recorded the rate and healing period of traumatic tympanic membrane.</p><p><b>RESULTS</b>In 4-week's follow-up, 56 ears were cured in the test group, with a rate of 96.55%. Fourteen ears were cured in the control group with a rate of 56.00%. The healing rate of test group was significantly higher than that of the control group (χ(2) = 18.79, P < 0.01). The average of healing period was 17.6 days in the test group, and 32.0 days in the control group. There were significant differences in healing period between two groups (t = 6.37, P < 0.01). All the cured tympanic membrane in the test group was morphologically complete. In all followed up patients, there were no allergies and signs of infection, as well as other adverse reaction in the process of healing.</p><p><b>CONCLUSION</b>The heparin gelatin sponge can effectively enhance closure of the traumatic perforation of tympanic membrane and can shorten the healing period of traumatic perforation of tympanic membrane, and the smaller of the perforation, the shorter of healing period.</p>

RESUMO

Objective To investigate the imaging manifestations of lung neoplasms in pre- and post- treatment with CT-guided Argon-Helium cryoablation. Methods All the lung neoplasms in 96 patients have been treated with CT-guided percutaneous Argon-Helium targeted cryoablation. All patients have pre- and post-treatment CT scanning in measurement of lesion size and CT value. The CT scanning has been rerpeated afterl,3,6,12 months of treatment. Results Among total 96 cases, there are 82 cases of lung cancer and 14 cases of metastasis with 110 lesions(89 cases with single lesion,7 cases with multiple lesions). The Ar-He cryoablation has been given 103 times in total. The size of each lesion ranged from 1.2 cm to 15.0 cm in diameter with mean value of(4.0?2.5)cm,including 12 lesions less than 2 cm,51 lesions between 2— 4 cm,24 lesions between 4—6 cm,23 lesions over 6 cm.There are 25 patients whose lesions covered by iceball with 1 cm of overloaping it's margin. There are 63 lesions with diameter less than 4 cm gained 100% ablation rate,24 lesions with 4—6 cm diameter gained 95.8% ablation rate, and 23 lesions with over 6 cm diameter gained 69.6% ablation rate. The post-treatment CT show a progressively enlarged round, low density refrigerant area which clearly demarked with non- refrigerant area. The center of each refrigerant area has negative CT value, the mean decreased CT value of lesion instantly after the treatment are about 30— 50 HU with P
